Cancellation Policy

Bookings: By proceeding to book by way of paying a deposit, you accept that you are entering into a contract and you agree to be bound by the conditions outlined below. Satisfaction Guaranteed: Makeup will be completed to each client's satisfaction, but is not to exceed allotted makeup time. Ample time is given for each makeup application upon booking. Acceptance of makeup application by client is acknowledgment by client that makeup was done to her/his satisfaction. Service Location and Requirements: Location of service for the day- of-appointment will be at the discretion of the client, but there are certain requirements the Makeup Artist needs to complete the makeup. Working electrical outlets must be made available for use by the makeup artist. A table/work area as well as ample lighting, whether by means of natural or by lamps is necessary for services to be performed properly. A bar stool height chair may be requested. Securing the booking of the event A 50% deposit paid to the makeup artist will reserve your booking. This deposit is non-refundable. If numbers of clients requiring makeup services changes, the final balance will be adjusted accordingly. Payment: The final balance is due on the day that the service is provided - no exceptions. The person responsible for the entire balance is the person(s) who has signed the terms and conditions agreement below. Acceptable forms of payment are: Cash, Direct Deposits to Scotiabank, Sagicor Account. Travel Fee: A travel fee may be applied based on your location in Jamaica. These prices will be quoted by the artist directly if you are outside of Kingston. Liability: All brushes and makeup products are kept sanitary and are sanitized between every makeup application. Makeup products used are hypoallergenic. Any skin condition should be reported by the client to the makeup artist prior to application and, if need be, a sample test of makeup may be performed on the skin to test reaction. Client(s) agree to release Gabby Glam Co , its owners, and all employees and agents from liability for any skin complications due to allergic reactions. Use of Image: Gabby Glam Co / Gabrielle Waite may use of its website - and/or in any brochure , flyer, or other advertising it deems necessary - any and all photographs, video, audio, and any other digitally or chemically stored media that is captured or recorded by Gabby Glam Co and any and all of its representatives or agents. Client(s) agree to release any and all claims regarding use of his/her image for such purposes.
